Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Access & Expiry (No Auto-pay)

Testum provides a prepaid 30-day pass to digital mock tests. Since there is no auto-pay or auto-renewal system, you do not need to cancel anything. Your access will automatically expire after 30 days unless you manually purchase it again.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Since digital goods and test access are delivered instantly upon successful payment, the 30-day pass fee is strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the purchase.

3. Exceptions & Technical Issues

A refund will ONLY be processed under the following technical circumstances:

• Double Payment: If your payment method was charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• Access Not Granted: If the payment was successfully deducted but your premium status was not activated, and our team is unable to manually resolve the issue within 48 hours.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the technical exception criteria, please contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction. You must include your registered email address and the payment transaction ID.

5. Refund Processing Time

If an exception refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
